At Oktoberfest Outfitters, we know there’s nothing worse than realising Oktoberfest is approaching and your outfit is still somewhere overseas.

That’s why all products sold by Oktoberfest Outfitters are shipped from within Australia.

Shipping Within Australia

We deliver Australia-wide.

Shipping options and costs available for your order will be displayed at checkout and may vary depending on your delivery address and the products ordered.

Express shipping may be available at checkout for eligible orders and destinations.

Estimated Delivery Times

As a general guide, Australia Post's current domestic delivery estimates are:

Standard Delivery

• Same state: approximately 2–4 business days

• Interstate: approximately 3–6 business days

Express Delivery

• Same state: approximately 1–2+ business days

• Interstate: approximately 1–3+ business days

These timeframes are estimates from the date your parcel is dispatched and are not guaranteed.

Regional and remote areas may take longer. Delivery times can also be affected by public holidays, peak periods, weather, courier network delays and other circumstances outside our control.

Express Shipping

Where Express Shipping is available for your order, you'll see the option at checkout.

Please keep in mind that choosing Express Shipping provides a faster delivery service after dispatch. It does not necessarily reduce any order processing or handling time before your parcel is dispatched.

Express delivery timeframes also depend on your location and the carrier's delivery network.

Where Do Your Orders Ship From?

Every item available from Oktoberfest Outfitters ships from our local warehouses in Australia.

We do not send customer orders from overseas warehouses.

Where an order contains products dispatched from different Australian warehouses, your items may occasionally arrive in separate parcels.

Tracking Your Order

Where tracking is available, you'll receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Please allow some time for the carrier's tracking system to register the first scan after your shipping confirmation is sent.

Multiple Parcels

Some orders may be fulfilled from more than one Australian location.

If this happens, your order may arrive in multiple parcels and at slightly different times. Don't worry if part of your order arrives before the rest.

Delivery Addresses

Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your order.

Once an order has entered processing or has been dispatched, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

Oktoberfest Outfitters cannot be responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address details supplied when ordering.

If you notice an error in your delivery details, contact us as soon as possible.

Delivery Delays

We do our best to get orders on their way promptly, but carrier delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

Delays can occasionally occur due to circumstances outside our control, including severe weather, carrier disruptions, public holidays, peak shipping periods and other network issues.

If your tracking hasn't updated for an unusual amount of time or your parcel appears to be significantly delayed, please get in touch and we'll help you look into it.
